Derwent London: Londoners at heart
Derwent London’s award-winning ethos has always been distinctive and design-led. From modest beginnings, they made their name with ‘sidestreet’ buildings and have grown progressively to their current market-leading position. Its focus is dedicated to Central London, in particular the West End and the Tech Belt, with an outstanding commitment to bringing creativity to sustainable built environments.
With the largest London-focused property investment business, its portfolio is grouped into 14 villages, each with their very own unique identity.
Our brief was to simply capture this distinctive ethos in its annual reports, helping to build a unique positioning.
A passion for detail
Iconic developments such as the Angel Building (Islington), Tea Building (Shoreditch) and White Collar Factory (Old Street) set the tone for a rich creative approach, that elevates the striking architectural, design and placemaking characteristics of the properties.
The award winning annual reports that we produced not only capture this passion for detail and the stunning environments that Derwent create, they act as a catalyst for sharpening the effectiveness of the brand’s engagement with its audiences.
We have helped Derwent London define an ownable space in the market, where it clearly stands apart.
Human design focus pays
Derwent’s human-centred design focus, has been a great foundation to its success. The environments it creates, are more than buildings. They have proven the catalyst to creating new neighbourhoods, bringing people together and igniting success.
